Questions buyers ask us most
For most catalogue items MOQ starts at 500–1,000 pcs, and mixed loads are welcome so you can combine several products into one order. For fully custom moulding or private label, MOQ usually starts at 3,000 pcs. We will confirm the exact MOQ in the quotation.
The sample fee is refunded or credited against your bulk order, so you only pay express shipping. Sample preparation takes 5–7 days; custom samples usually 10–15 days.
Yes. We work under NDA and can provide BSCI / ISO / Sedex reports and factory videos. Third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, Intertek) are welcome at your cost.
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and Trade Assurance are all accepted. We never ask for full payment before production is confirmed.
Production is 15–25 days after sample approval (depending on quantity and customisation). Air freight takes 5–7 days, sea freight 25–35 days. We keep you updated weekly with photos.
Yes. We ship to Amazon FBA warehouses, your own warehouse or directly to customers, and support FOB / CIF / DDP terms with complete export documents.
